Established in 1989, Rajby is a vertically integrated garment manufacturer. Rajby has been a pioneer and market leader in manufacturing woven bottoms, specializing in denim jeans that are exported to some of the leading brands in Canada, America, the UK and Europe. Since its inception in 1989 Rajby has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from 150 to 15,000 employees. Indeed such has been the company's success that only seven years after it started it was already among the top 10 exporters in Pakistan. The new Denim division was established in 2010 with a weaving capacity of 22 million meters of denim per year. The weaving department consists of 112 OMNIplus 800 and Summum dobby Picanol airjet looms, models ranging from 2010 to 2015.
Rajby produces different weights of denim ranging from 6 to 14 oz in widths from 36” to 67”. The denim fabric collection includes basic denim, selvage denim, dobby denim and stretch denim with all kinds of blends and coatings available in the market. The company's R&D department works throughout the year to develop new products for customers according to their mood. Rajby has been a Picanol customer since the very beginning, starting its Denim division with GTX and then Gamma before progressing to airjets with OMNIplus and OMNIplus 800 machines and recently adding the Summum. It looks forward to continuing this strong relationship in a long-term partnership.
