Advanced training for people who have experience working on an Optimax-i machine. This 3 day training program will teach you how to work with guided positive grippers.
Day 1 (8.00 – 16.15)

- Welcome in the training center
- Guided tour in the training center
- General information concerning the training hours – coffee break – sandwich order form .
- Passport – visa and airplane ticket copy need to be made by instructor
- Introduction of GPG
- Set the timing of the middle openers
- Set the height of the middle openers
Day 2 (8.00 – 16.15)
Program
- Set the timing of the middle openers
- Set the height of the middle openers
- Set the transfer to weave in slow motion
- Set the transfer to weave at normal speed
- Setting of the right-hand side gripper opener
- Setting of the left-hand side gripper opener
Day 3 (8.00 – 16.15)

- Setting the stroke
- Fine-tune the timing of the middle openers
- How to set the gauge for transfer
- Demount the left-hand side gripper
- Demount the right-hand side gripper
