Xian Textile Holding

The textile group Xi'an Holdings Co. Ltd. was formed out of the former state-owned Northwest N° 3 Cotton Mill, Northwest N° 4 Cotton, Northwest N° 6 Cotton and Northwest N° 1 Dyeing and Printing Factory and so combines more than 60 years of textile history. It is located in the beautiful Xi'an Modern Textile Industrial Park in the historic city of Xi’an. A fully vertically integrated enterprise, it has 188,800 spindles and 712 airjet machines with an annual output of 18,000 tonnes of cotton yarn and 76 million meters of cotton cloth, mainly grey shirting fabric. The first contacts with Picanol date from 1994 when 100 Delta-X airjets were purchased. Recently 160 OMNIplus Summum machines were installed, running at speeds of 900 RPM and above.
