Boyteks is the biggest producer of mattress ticking not just in Turkey but indeed in the entire world. The mattress ticking production facilities are based in Kayseri. The company has manufactured its own yarn since 2003, carrying out all processes from yarn production to finished fabric in its integrated facilities with ERP. Over 188 Picanol airjets (OMNIplus, OMNIplus 800 and OMNIplus Summum, mostly jacquard models) produce mattress ticking fabrics which find their way to the market worldwide.

Boyteks placed an order for an additional 10 OMNIplus Summum machines, that were installed from September 2015 onwards. Boyteks aims to provide more than just fabric, in full appreciation of its priority for health and wellbeing. Scrupulous attention is paid to finishing processes and non-flammability tests.
