One million harness frames produced by Picanol

This week our 1,000,000th harness frame was produced at the Picanol plant in Ieper, Belgium. These harness frames, produced under the brand name GTP (Global Textile Partner), have been shipped all over the world with new Picanol machines as well as shipped directly to weaving mills.

The total length of the 1,000,000 frames produced, which are available in different executions and in widths ranging from 190 to 540 cm, is reaching an impressive distance of over 6,000 km or 3,728 miles! This means from Ieper (Belgium) to New York City (US) or Lahore (Pakistan).

Our team from the harness frame division was very proud to show off the 1,000,000th frame which was anodized in gold to mark the special occasion!
