Data-based remote service
All service-related data in the machine can be made available simply and easily. This Customer Service File (CSF) enables Picanol to carry out remote diagnosis and take efficient action.
The CSF file can be read directly from the machine by Picanol if there is a LAN network. A CSF file can however also easily be downloaded from the display on a USB stick.
At Picanol, a CSF file is taken from every machine that leaves the assembly line for a customer. This data, giving a clear picture of the machine status, is available for comparison afterwards.
