Picanol Group: update following large-scale ransomware attack of Monday, January 13, 2020

As previously announced, Picanol Group has been restarting its production activities on a step-by-step basis since the morning of Monday, January 20. Based on the current situation, the group expects that most departments will be operational again at the beginning of next week.

Picanol Group will only be able to provide further details about the financial impact of this cyber attack during the course of next week, after which, in consultation with the FSMA, trading in Picanol shares will resume.
