Preventive maintenance

In PicConnect, a preventive maintenance plan can be designed. It is also possible to import the maintenance plan, as prescribed by Picanol to maximize uptime, for your machines.

Once configured, the maintenance plan can be loaded onto a Picanol machine. On the machine display, the upcoming maintenance tasks are shown, and they can be handled directly on the machine. 

When machines are connected to PicConnect, all scheduled maintenance tasks across all machines can be viewed. This can be used for planning purposes, or to check if you have sufficient stock of spare parts to cover your needs.
