Alerting

The Alerting functionality in PicConnect instantly informs you of deviations from expected performance or machine settings.

Alerts can be configured for a wide variety of parameters such as production performance, energy consumption or a range of machine settings. Alerts can also be defined on the style level. Depending on the style the machine weaves, different thresholds for alerts, such as for air consumption, stop levels, or machine settings are monitored. Thanks to setting alerts, you can ensure your machines weave according to precise specifications, which will lead to the best product quality.

PicConnect gives an overview of all active alerts, and historical alerts are added to the logbook of the machine to get a full picture of what happened. By getting instantly notified, corrective actions can be taken to increase overall efficiency, reduce energy consumption or make sure the fabric is on spec.
